The app tells me I need to update but when redirected, there’s no option to update.
For the past 45 days the app doesn’t work properly. Doesn’t allow me to properly check and download my pass for my flight. Keeps saying “it’s us. Not you”
I'd love to review the app but it won't let me in. After I enter my login info It sends a numerical code to my email address and so I type it into the app but the keypad doesn't go away and is obscuring the enter button so I'm essentially not able to login. Ridiculous.
Poor customer support in the app. Never get any response or answer correctly. Have to call the customer support phone number which you need to wait for hours!!!
Used to always be able to check in through the app. Now almost every time it asks to see a representative so I have to wait in line.
This airline has no concept of service. When they cancel your flight they just send you an email, there is no contact at all. If you book and they ruin your plans. That’s on you.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience on JetBlue Flight 2065 due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of flight attendant Sherrill. While boarding, I placed my bag in the overhead bin just one row ahead of my seat because the space directly above me had already been taken by another passenger. Instead of handling this situation professionally, Sherrill aggressively yelled across the plane at me, claiming I had taken “someone else’s bag space” and demanding that I move my bag to the back of the plane. When I asked why—considering I had boarded first and was seated in the same area—she dismissively told me that other passengers had priority over me, which makes absolutely no sense. To make matters worse, after forcing me to put my bag in the back of the plane, Sherrill continued to yell at me and mockingly told me to ‘go ahead and leave a review.’ So here I am, taking her advice. If this is the level of customer service and respect JetBlue considers acceptable, I’ll be reconsidering my loyalty to this airline. No passenger should be spoken to or treated this way.
My iPhone is 6 years old and will not update iOS anymore. The new app doesn’t install on my phone since my phone can not update to the latest iOS. Each time I open the currently installed JB app, I get an update notice twice, need to go through the App Store twice, get the “Unable to update” and finally getting to the old version of the app. It would be nice if there would be an option to run a JB app version that is supported by older iOS versions.
The App keeps requiring an update, even after it’s been updated. Useless
App does not update in real time. Still have to check the boards for gate info. Jet Blue also finds new ways to charge customers for basics and will still get you to your destination late 👍
(Five stars to get noticed) Last year My flight got held back 5 hours, making me stay the whole night in the airport. Worst experience of my life (keep in mind it was 2 flights, not direct) my second flight was a nightmare, the pilot didnt give a turbulance warning, neither did the flight attendent. So everyone was shaking and turning like dirty clothes in the laundry machine. Gave me nausea. Dont travel with them please
Since new update cannot open app whatsoever. It says to “update new version” but since I have an IPhone X abd cannot update to iOS 17 or newer I’m unable to update app. Pretty much forced to use the website even though all my other apps work with updates.
Multiply requests to sign in, at least 6. All credentials were correct. Last used in October. Update is awful

On my iPhone 15 Pro can’t log in because the pop up keyboard covers the Verify button and can’t be dismissed. So you can’t see the code you have entered and you can’t click to submit it anyway— so you can’t use this app at all because you can’t log in.
Only good for booking flights. Will not inform you of credits. Will not inform you of credits due to expire. Honestly, was disappointed my time is nit valued as a customer.
When the website is better than the app, you know it’s bad. Website is faster and easier to navigate. Plus, I am constantly being asked to sign in even though I never sign out and do the remember me thing. Deleting the app. Useless.
Can’t add boarding pass to Apple wallet? This app looks like it was built in the mid 2000s
There’s a problem with the area where you enter the verification code, once you have the code and you touch to enter it, it doesn’t activate it the keyboard and you can’t even do a paste. I deleted the app and downloaded it again same problem.
NO text messages? Why can’t I get a push notification to my cell phone number when there is a change in scheduling ?

With every other airline one can easily change a fly and the difference is refunded to your form of payment. Not JetBlue ! This travel bank is a scam. You lose seats when trying to get the refund to this "travel bank". You shld also be able to use the $$ u paid for a seat or whatever.
I don’t understand why every time I want to log into my account, I need to wait for a verification email. There should be a text option as it doesn’t seem like I am receiving the emails. This is Very Frustrating!!!

This useless app won’t let me log in, you would think I’m trying to access a brokerage account with the amount of verification emails and codes I have to put through just to get a stupid « code returned unknown » so now I have to waste time checking in at the airport since JetBlue apparently doesn’t want its customers to check in for their flights ahead of time.

Added boarding pass to wallet after checking in. Then changed seat. Wallet didn’t update seat assignment like every other airline app does. So I deleted from wallet, added new boarding pass to wallet but still show original seat assignment.
This is one of the worst customer service you can ever imagine.
You can’t proceed in booking a trip if you make seat selections or add checked-in bags, but there’s no way of knowing that. You just keep getting error messages blocking you from booking the trip. Three calls into the 800-number before somebody helped me figure it out, but they charge you $25 per passenger to book on the phone. Counter Productive.
Will not load without data. Useless app when data issues arise! I checked in for a flight using the app and received my boarding passes, but then there's no means of retreiving the boarding passes once the app refreshes! You have to continually "check in" to access the boarding passes, which takes a lot of time and requires a data connection. Horrible app!
App is always super glitchy and slow. Doesn’t let me sign in 1/2 the time. Love JetBlue but the app is horrible.

The recent update made this app very glitchy. I fly enough that I have priority security. Before when you checked in, you could send the boarding pass to your wallet and it would have the arrows indicating priority security. Now there is no way to do this and the boarding pass doesn’t show the arrows. I had to get cleared by customer service. The whole point of priority security is to save me time but this update has had me running around the airport. This is the only thing wrong with the app. Otherwise I love the convenience of it.
The app not only lets you book flights, but you can also fry an egg on your phone because the app makes it so hot.
09-22-2024: “Get okta token failed”. Logging in on the new phone still works from safari or other web browsers but the app despite entering the correct verification code is not working. Please fix, I’m Mosiac 2 and fly frequently. 09-24- 2024: There was an update yesterday and I was hoping this would fix the issue. The “get Otka token failed” message is no longer showing, however now it’s saying “Your session is expired, please try again.” This is on the latest IOS18 on iPhone 16 pro max. Please fix this I need access to my tickets. 12-19-2024: Am able to log in now. However, I am still unable to check-in to my flight in the app, only on the web via safari on iPhone. Please fix!
You should probably fire your entire development team, app crashes on 2 different devices when you try to scan passport!!!
I just want to start of by saying this is my first time writing a bad review for any company ever. But today I had the most horrible experience with JetBlue. I purchased a round trip for my family but I have a toddler that it’s turning 2 yrs while on this trip. Meaning when we leave our country my child it’s still 1 yrs now and to be able to add her to our reservation we have to call and the airlines add the child our reservation we have done this in the past many times. Today I do the same I always do and the representative that took my cases stated they were unable to add my child. My child turns two while on this trip so I wanted to add her as a lap child for my OUTBOUND flight and purchase a ticket for the return at regular price since she will be two upon return. To my surprise I was informed this could not be done and I quote “ Although it makes sense they were unable to help me” and advise to contact Expedia since I had booked thru them. That the only way the could I add my child was if I had two one way trip and then they would add her to the outbound flight as lap child. I asked for the to do so since I was going to pay for her return ticket. But they were not going to honor the price I had paid 4 days ago plus additional fee. I am very disappointed in JetBlue that this was their approach towards my “ unique situation”. 0/10 recommend to book their flights if you are traveling for your kid’s birthday specially if they are turning 2 while on the trip.
Very sleek looking app BUT, not well programmed. 1.) Main screen will refresh but not actually populate flight delay data until you go under the “Manage Trips” area and refresh there. 2.) Missing gate information (completely blank) but it’s on my Apple wallet JetBlue ticket. 3.) Pull up the airport map of MCO (Orlando Airport) and it shows you A and B gates. JetBlue ONLY flys out of C gate which is in a completely different building, much farther south and doesn’t pull up by default. For such a nice looking app, you can do better! Let’s fix these issues shall we?
