Password issues - it cant remember my password and you cant keep old passwords. My bank is less strict.

I wouldnt travel without this app. Takes you through step by step to save tons of time at the airport.
I just started using this app. Here are the two most frustrating elements: 1) the app does not show precheck when printed boarding pass does. Seems like a poor integration and basically makes checking in on the app USELESS 2) the app also doesnt allow for seat changes until you check in vs the desktop experience These are two fundamental experience issues that make the app useless vs a desktop experience. Do not download until they fix this.
I wrote a longer review but the Apple Store app crashed on me - long story short, this cuts my travel time in half (getting boarding pass, check in, and itineraries on my phone saves a world of time).
Very easy to use app. Boarding passes sometimes crash when going through line and I wish there was more true blue info
JetBlue wasnt able to issue me a boarding pass through the app or at their ticket counter because of a "glitch" in their system, and bumped me to a new flight seven hours later. They refused to provide compensation for this, and continually said they "dont guarantee the check-in process."
Wish I could cancel flights though
App did not update current flight status. Refreshed it a dozen times over a few hour period before sending my 17 year old daughter to surprise her big brother by picking him up. Shes been at Logan since 6:00 am this am circling an airport she is not familiar with- but certainly is now. 4 phone calls, more refreshes on app then finally going directly to website we now know that its been delayed 2 hours.

The app just reported that I have zero points (which I dont). Tried to find previous flights to re-add them and the app sends me to a screen that wont accept inputs...
