Have not had any issues with the app, works better than other airlines I have tried.

The check in experience is improved and upgrading to even more space is easy and fluid.

I am flying two flights in the same day and I cannot access or see my second boarding pass even though I have checked in. Please fix. Other features working fine.

Very easy to understand

Interface and display very good. Suggest the following: - sometimes synch issues do not show all my upcoming flights - reduce clicks to check in: have all the components like seat, number of checked bags, even more speed, etc. summarized in table instead of individual screens for each. That way if i have nothing to change, i can just confirm current settings in one click

This app keeps telling me to try again. Brutal I cant even log in. Worthless

Ive been using this App for years and this new upgrade just turned the previous easy 4 click process a laborious 12 step process. KEEP IT SIMPLE! Why do companies move from something that works great to something more complicated?

The JetBlue app used to work just fine, however back in January I noticed problems on the website with linking my itinerary to my trueblue. I hoped this would have been fixed, but now its not just the website, its also the app.. I just downloaded the JetBlue app and I cant access my itinerary so I cant check in and I cant log into my account either even after changing my pw... This is ridiculous.. Whats the point of the app if I cant check in, I cant log in, I cant get the boarding pass.. Its useless.

Always have been. Still not able to change seats when checking in. At least they fixed the pre check problem.

Thought the app was cool. I was able to add one boarding pass to my passport, but when I tried to add my boarding pass for the trip back, there was no option to add it to passport. When I closed the app and tried to go back to view it, I got a notice saying "bummer. There was an error creating your mobile pass. Please try again later". Guess Ill have to go check in at the counter tomorrow.

Very Accurate and Quick App

I love the JetBlue app. So easy to use and always convenient.

Here I am trying to get to my flight with limited battery and the JetBlue app says j should update. Its not a choice, its imperative --so Im burning down my battery in hopes that once it has updated I can actually use it. Ridiculous.

I love you JetBlue, but please let my bigger iphone be compatible with the app.
