Dear JetBlue, take a look at Deltas app. They allow you to actually make changes to a flight in the app vs. having to go on your terrible website.

Simple, helpful service. Easy access for check-in.

You cant change your seat, add FF# or known traveler number. The app is fairly useless for managing reservations. Look at delta or united, theyve pretty much gotten it nailed down.

For mobile check in

At first I would just use this app to get my boarding pass.. but then i was sitting in the airport trying to figure out what all it can do and it has this cool interactive airport map! Of any airport you are going too. Not only do they have this map, but they have this directions button and it will give you step by step navigation through the airport! Anywhere you need to go like google maps! Thats by far the coolest part of this app! I love it!!

Every time I try to make a flight reservation the math ends totally wonky. Example: flight one round trip is $245 each way. That should be about $515 Plus or minus with taxes. Tried to check out: $1495... how does this make sense? It wasnt a one time thing either!

I am able to check my flight times and check in from my phone. Convenient and helps take some of the stress away from travel

Ive used more than a couple airline apps and this one is the most reliable, at least for US travel. Additionally, if you have trouble with it, their Twitter team is pretty responsive.

Love using Jet Blue to travel and I appreciate being able to have all of my travel information at my fingertips with this app. It does not change your estimated time of arrival very quickly if the time of departure changes but other than that its pretty useful.

This updated process of checking in is excellent. I have been a True Blue since the year it started, and I have travelled JetBlue since it started. Proud to be a Mosaic Client.

The iOS phone app does not update as flight status changes, as others have pointed out here. The Apple Watch app could be vastly improved. Uniteds Apple Watch app works much better with nice micro-complications available for different watch faces. The JetBlue complication only seems to work on the utility face and modular face. On the utility face, the JetBlue True Blue rewards balance rarely shows, it almost always just says TB: --,--- PTS. The glance would be nice, but it seems like it is always Loading and never updates. Thanks for listening and I hope to see app improvements soon.

Love jet blue and their app it works very well for me and I am sure they will be working more to improve it and add more feature to it

This app has improved in this latest version. I can check in, obtain a boarding pass and get notifications of delays. Its not as useful for the latter as other apps that specialize in tracking flights because Jet Blue doesnt acknowledge delays until the last minute. But the delays that plagued this app are largely gone. Clean and easy to use interface.

Wish the app showed the progress youre making toward getting mosaic status. All of my other airline apps show this and its a nice feature.

Well they sort of Fixed the awful connection speeds. Now it only takes 15 minutes to get simple search results, then when you find a fare that isnt a total money grab, they triple the price just because they can. These companies are greedy and awful.

Its a good app for when you are flying to check in, but it doesnt work to check the status of a flight. The app doesnt show estimated arrival as things change, you have to go to the web site for that so why they have a check status button on the app, I dont know. Dont rely on the app to tell you if somebodys plane is coming in early or late. Go to the web site to double check before deciding when to head to the airport to pick someone up. Other than that, the app is ok.

This makes checking in and keeping track of itineraries so easy. The notifications are annoying, especially if it tells you that the flight landed after you disembark.
