JetBlue - Book & manage trips App Reviews

Cant check in via app (says to go to counter at airport), cant display boarding pass on my phone (says its too late to check in when I tap to display boarding pass ??). All its good for is displaying itinerary.

I have been traveling by Jet Blue for over20 years on a yearly basis sometimes more the once or twice a year. Thus far my experiences have been positive in regards to professionalism , cordial and respectful staff and service.

Jetblue has finally got it right. It looks great, works great.

Terrible app when you try to book a flight. If you want to adjust the return date, the app sends you back to the departure screen. Gave up trying to use it. Other airlines apps are easy to book a flight. Jet Blue, maybe you need to see how easy it is at other airlines.

Latest revision crashes frequently. Balky, slow and unreliable. So unlike Jet Blue, who is usually so superior.

The JetBlue experience has been excellent. I love flying this airline. The staff is really kind and the snacks are great.

This app on my iPad mini with iOS 9.2.1 works only every now and then. For example, most of the time it crashes when I select the itinerary I saved in it, so I cannot show the boarding pass when I need it. The online checkin with payment took 3 tries to get it to work.

I have flown Jetblue since they started and the app is just as easy as the website. Glad they are surviving and thriving

Here it is Im trying to print out a boarding pass and it just occurred to me that Jet Blue has an app for that. Duh! Works fine!

I love this airline and the app. I only wish they were available in more of my frequently traveled markets like Atlanta. Keep on keeping Jet Blue and dont fall victim to another ValueJet airlines.

Very easy to use! The only reason I didnt give it five stars is that the app sometimes has a hard time keeping up when theres a big sale going on.

The application that JetBlue set up for their customers made my trip incredibly easy! Being able to electronically access my boarding pass without having anything more than my phone was very convenient. I recommend for any traveler especially first timers!

One big problem - I fly a lot for business on Jetblue and the app doesnt update when I change my flights. I get ghost notifications for flights I no longer have reservations. This is very jarring when in meetings worried about getting to airports in time. Also I often have problems downloading the boarding pass halfway through the checkin process. Altogether good attempt but needs to be further developed for serious flyers.
