Not sure what JetBlue is trying to accomplish with this app, but it is not real flexible. Trying to price out some tickets and it just isnt easy researching prices.

Easy to use

I love it. Simplifies life for me as someone who uses Jetblue constantly throughout the year. Would never think about using any other airline unless I have no other option and this app allows me to book any trip in less than 3min which is perfect for my busy schedule.

What else do you want from an airline app?

Its always amazing to fly JetBlue. They are friendly and kind and keep the humanity in flying that has been lost by other carriers these days. Wouldnt fly anyone else!!! The app is great and easy to use! Go JetBlue!

Not a bad app. Allows me to book flights, view passes and modify my flights. An issue I constantly keep encountering, when I add my boarding passes to AppleWallet my gate number keeps changing. I view in the app and it is correct but when I add to AppleWallet it is wrong. I tried deleting and adding again several times and still same problem. It would be nice to have ApplePay integrated for purchasing new flights or upgrade.

I love love love this app. I love the simple, yet elegant design. The functionality is great, and I dig the little extras like "pick me up" to share your flight times with your ride.

Gives all the information, but I dont find it intuitive or attractive. Lots of small text so must read carefully. Check in process has a bug where the date for the visa keeps going back to todays date. Not bad but needs some refinement.

I get an error message telling me to try again later every time I try to log into my account. Ive tried again later for days now. I was able to retrieve my boarding pass, but its more difficult to access than Apple Wallet. Not a helpful app.

Easy to manage your flights and check-in

I dont travel much so this is new to me and I found it very easy to use step-by-step should have no problem getting through the airport for my flight.

Been traveling JetBlue for years. I love using the app, only problem is with the boarding pass.

Every time I try to book a flight I get an error message saying oops its timed out. Worst app!

Okay so this app has saved me soooooooooo much time when dealing with my flight. It makes absolutely everything perfectly and instantaneously accessible its great I love it 10/10 and make more

Easiest airline app to navigate, very straightforward and convenient!

So very easy to navigate. Made traveling less complicated and alleviated airport hassles.

My favorite airlines in the US is also home to the best airlines app in the US. Well done JetBlue

Once set up the app is easy to use and very convenient. I cant imagine traveling on Jet Blue without it.
